I stayed one night in a Family Room with Private Bathroom while visiting the nearby Ramsey Golf and Bowls Club. The room was spacious and well-equipped, making it perfect for a short family getaway. Breakfast was a highlight, with generous options that set us up for the day. The hosts were super friendly and even recommended an excellent restaurant for dinner. a lovely experience!

What they won't tell you about this
Cute atmosphere provided by Eileen and David. Breakfast served in the beautiful conservatory was a good experience, especially with views of the garden.
Occasional barking from dogs can disrupt the peaceful ambiance. Confusion during payment meant I had to return after check-out, inconvenient.

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and I felt
Like I was at home rather than a guest. Eileen and David were hospitable. The breakfast was delicious with excellent quality ingredients. One small detail to note is the need to pre-order breakfast items the night before.

Spacious rooms, Beautiful gardens, Interesting local history
The decor feels quite outdated compared to modern standards!!! Limited hot water during busy mornings is a real inconvenience!!! The presence of taxidermy might not appeal to everyone!!!

The location is super tranquil, and the breakfast was delicious with fresh ingredients. Our family room was spacious and comfy. It was really clean. Met david and eileen, they were so friendly. We enjoyed hearing about the history of the place, so interesting!
The decor is a bit dated and could use an update. We heard some barking from the dogs which was a little distracting.
